Katshuhisa (one guy) has built a small robot similar to the Sony SDR or Fujitsu HOAP robot with remarkable flexibility - it can even jump! Not exactly a plyojump, but it is getting there.

This agile robot is battery-powered and has quite the bang for the buck. Not surprisingly, it won a prize at Robocup 2003.
